By accessing or using Mesh Soft International LLP’s mobile app, CapCal AI (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”).

Use of the Service

The Service allows you to access information and various features related to calorie tracking. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose, in compliance with all applicable laws. You also agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, as determined in our sole discretion.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, and/or networks connected to the Service.

Mesh Soft International LLP reserves all rights in and to the Service, and any intellectual property associated with the Service.

The Service may provide links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of those other websites or services.

Termination

This agreement, and your use of the Service, can be terminated by you or us at any time. We also have the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to the Service without notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mesh Soft International LLP, its members, agents, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mesh Soft International LLP makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses.

Mesh Soft International LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access or use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
